ML4Microbiome Workshop

Advances in the analysis of human microbiome and transcriptomics data

Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana, Tirana (AL)

24 May 2022, 15:00-18.00 CEST

On May 24th, in association with the ML4Microbiome WGs Meeting (23-24 May 2022), ML4Microbiome has organised a workshop on “Advances in the analysis of human microbiome and transcriptomics data” that will be held at the Faculty of Natural Science of the Tirana’s University.

This event aims to introduce Tirana’s University students and researchers to the advances in the statistical/machine learning techniques used to analyse human microbiome and transcriptomics data. The activity will also serve as an opportunity to foster connections between Albanian researchers and the statistical\machine learning experts inside the ML4Microbiome COST Action.

Speakers are all members of ML4Microbiome that enthusiastically supported this WG4 initiative proposed by Dr Eliana Ibrahimi, Assistant Professor at the University of Tirana.

Presentations at the workshop will be made available here immediately after the event closes. The workshop programme is reported below and is also available on the Tirana University website.
